Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Vitamin C in Jueming Jiangzhi Tablets. Methods: A Hypersil BDS C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of 1% phosphoric acid, the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min, the detection wavelength was set at 244 nm. Results: The standard curves was linear in the rang of 0.089-0.801 μg(r=1.000 0), the average recovery was 99.99% with a RSD of 0.08%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and is suitable for quality control of this tablets.
