Effects of health education on cognition and medication adherence of hypertension patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of system health education on cognition and medication adherence of farmer hypertension patients.Methods A total of 116 inpatients with hypertension were randomly and equally divided into an experiment group and control group.The patients of the control group received routine nursing measures and the ones of the experiment group received the system health education in addition to nursing measures.Results The relevant knowledge level and medication adherence were higher,and complications were lower in the experiment group than in the control group,and there were statistically significant differences. Conclusions The system health education can enhance the relevant knowledge level,improve medication compliance,and decrease complications.
