Abstract
Objective: To discuss the effection of oligohydramnios on neonatal and parturient,to explore the correct treatment and reduce the mortality of perinatal infant.Method: 110 cases of oligohydramnios were reviewed who were from Jan.2003 to Dec.2005.And then compared with the normal ones in the same period.Result:Oligohydramnios occured frequently beyond the 40~41+6 weeks of gestation(occupied 50.9% 59/110),oligohydramnios was frequently complicated by fetal distress, pregnancy induced hypertension and IUGR.Conclusion:Abnormality of umbilical cord were superior to the normal ones.the accurate rate of estimated amniotic fluid volume by ultrasonography reached 96.36%(102/106),It's better to over the delivery with cesarean section when oligohydramnios was diagnosed.
