Abstract
Objective:Investigating the cause and related factors of oligohydramnios to found out the correct treatment and reduce the mortality of perinatal infant. Methods:The data from 135 cases of oligohydramnios were clinically analyzed. Results:Oligohydramnios occurred frequently in the 40-41+6 weeks of gestation.Oligohydramnios was frequently complicated by pregnancy-induced hypertension, fetal distress and fetal growth retardation. The accurate rate of amniotic fluid volume estimated by ultrasonography reached 97.78%..Conclusion:Ultrasonography is an effective method to find oligohydramnios timely.Once oligohydramnios is diagnosed, cesarean section should be considered when necessary.
