A comparative study of Fluoxetine and Chlorimiparimine in the treatmen of treatment-clinic depression

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the efficency and safety of Fluoxetine on treating depression.Methods:72 depressive patient divided randomly into Fluoxetine and Chlorimiparimine.we measured the efficency and safety with HAMD,HAMA,TESS CGI and tested kidney function,liver function,ECG,ECT,Blood-Glu and Blood-K,Blood-Na ect.Results: The efficency had difference between Fluoxetine and Chlorimiparimine by 6-weeks observation,Fluoxetine and Chlorimiparimine are both effective for treating depression,there is no evidence between the two drugs.Fluoxetine had less and fewer adverse effects.Conclusions: Fluoxetine is a kind of effective and safeted drug to treatment depression.
