Abstract

Study purification and properties of phytase protein is about 63000 by SDSPAGE,and its optimal pH value and temperature for its activity are 55 and 55℃.The Km value of the phytase for dodecasodium phytate under 37℃ is 031 mmol/L,and the activity of phytase is affected by some metal ions.
