Determination of Coordination Degree of Resources,Environment and Economy——With Shaanxi Province as an Example

The coordinated development of resources,environment and economy is an important way to reach the sustainable development of the society,and a major content to set up and implement the concept of scientific development.This paper,based on the data of resources,environment and economy of 10 cities in Shaanxi Province in 2008,using the method of principal component analysis to evaluate the ordinate developmental level of ten cities in Shaanxi in 2008,and through the membership function to calculate the coordination degree between the three systems of resources,environment,economy,analyses the coordinated development situation of resources,environment and economy in the province.The results show that Baoji and Xianyang have the highest coordination degree between resources,environment and economy;Although the economic development of Xi'an and Yan'an is good,but their coordination degree between resources,environment and economy is the lowest;Not only the economic development in Yulin is fine,but also the coordinated development of resources,environment and economy goes toward good direction;In Hanzhong and Ankang,the economic development is not ideal,but the coordinated development between resources,environment and economy is good;In Tongchuan,Weinan and Shangluo,not only the economic development is poor,but also the coordinated degree between resources,environment and economy is low.So coordinated development of resources,environment and economy in Shaanxi need to improve.
