On a Coordinated Development of Regional Population,Resources,Environment and Economy in Xinjiang(1985 to 2006)

This paper,making use of the componential analysis evaluates comprehensively the population,resources,environment and the economy of Xinjiang.The result shows that the economic and the population system gets a high score,and bears a significant upward trend,while the resources system comes next.The environmental system with low scores is unstable.The critical element, which constrains the coordinated development of population,resources,environment and economy is the coordination of resources and environment.
