The Analysis of The Coordinated Development between Economy and Environment on Area—A Study Case of the Ten Districts in Shaanxi Province

Based on the discussion of the theory and the measurement method of coordinated development between the district economy and environment,the paper defined the coordination degree and the coordination development degree between economy and environment.An estimate indicator system and the calculating model of the coordinated development between economic and environment qre used for reference,building up the types and grade standard of the coordinated development of district economy and environment.It's calculated and analyzed the indicator value of coordinated development between economy and environment in the ten districts of Shaanxi province.The results indicate that the whole stage of economy is the lagged type in Shaanxi province.The coordinated development degree of the ten districts is classed into 4 types: Xi'an belongs to the regions with the good coordinated development but its economy is lagged;Baoji belongs to the regions with the coordinated development but its economy is lagged;Tongchuan,Yan'an,Yulin,Xianyang,Hanzhong,Weinan belong to the regions with the basic coordinated development but their economy is lagged;Shangluo,Ankang belongs to the regions with the maladjusted development but their economy is lagged.Based on the results to suggest Shaanxi province should made significant efforts to develop the economy under guaranteeing the overall environment quality.At last,the paper explores the measures and methods on promoting coordinated development degree of economy and environment in Shaanxi province.
