STUDIES ON DEVDLOPIGN KM MOUSE FERTILIZED EGG IN VITRL AND IN VIVOINTO MORULA

Abstract

Developing KM mouse fertilized egg into morula was studied the mice were superovulated and the embryos were developed in vitro and in vivo from one cell embryo to morula and the number of them was counted.The results of the experiments showed that each mouse prodnced 28.2 fertilized eggs on average;When the embryos were cultured in CZB medium in vitro,the morula developing rate was 88.0%;which meant that an average of 25 morulae from each mouse can be got by culture in vitro; When the embryos were developed in vitro,an average of 7.2 morulae were produced from each mouse.
