Abstract
In 21st century, the characteristics of enterprise management become market-oriented, globalization, knowledgeable, informatization and network increasingly highlighted.New concepts and theories are being respected and utilized by domestic and foreign enterprises.Chinese enterprises in global competition to gain the initiative status need to learn from advanced management ideas and experience at home and abroad, combine with their own development needs, speed up enterprise management innovation, pushing forward scientific and sustainable development.China's enterprise management innovation there is still outstanding issues.It should promoting innovation and enterprise management by strategic management, process reengineering, independent innovation, and competent management.
