A Discussion of Enterprises Management Innovation Based on Chinese-Style Management

Chinese-style management has gradually become academic research hot spot in recent years, while the management innovation is the important issue of concern in enterprise development. Chinese management research should proceed from the reality of Chinese enterprises development, and achieve the innovation and development of Chinese management science on the basis of inheriting, summarizing and absorbing foreign advanced management theory. Management innovation should be closely linked to corporate strategic transformation. As it is vital for the development of the enterprise, the first thing of management innovation is the management idea innovation. This paper starts from the connotation and essence of Chinese-style management ideas, to explore the Chinese enterprise management innovation under the management idea, and proposes the management innovation approaches which are blending of Chinese-style management thought.
