Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and security of Risperidone combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of senile depression.Methods:One hundred patients were randomized Risperidone combined Paroxetine group and Paroxetine monotherapy group.HAMD and TESS were evaluated the curative effect and side reaction.Results: Risperidone combined with Paroxetine treatment showed a significant efficacy than Paroxetine monotherapy group.Side reaction of no significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusions: Risperidone combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of senile depression curative effect is obviously superior to the single use of Paroxetine group,and the adverse reactions,it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
