On the Spirit Damage′s Compensation for Products Liability

Abstract

There exist many disputes about spirit damage′s compensation for liability.After the supreme court′ explanations about some problems of spirit damage′s compensation for civil pirate was promulgated,the disputes are released.However,some problems are still existing.The article points out the improvement and limitation of regulation about spirit damage′s compensation in products quality law: and gives some legislation suggestions.
