The compensation for damage system of the product liability is a very important system in standardizing the illegal activities of producer and seller, protecting consumer's rights and interests, but so far, this legal system of China is still imperfect, have not especially defined the compensation for spiritual damages in the law yet, not stipulated the punishment compensation for damage of the product liability, this is a great defect of a legal system of China's product liability, so, I am on the basis of analyzing the actuality of Chinese product liability compensation for damage system, put forward the legislative suggestion of perfecting the compensation for damage system of the product liability.
