Analysis on Spirit Damage Compensation for Infringement of the Copyright

Abstract

The spirit damage compensation is one of the important Civil Law systems.The legislation of the Continent Law System in the recent and modern countries persist in the spirit damage compensation for the infringement of the copyright,but this has not been stipulated in our country.So,in Civil Law field,we should explore the basic theories,the principle of affixing the responsibility,the applicable scope and the standard of the spirit damage compensation for the infringement of the copyright in order to perfect our legislation.
