Abstract

In view of the lack of a strong central city of Changzhutan megalopolis,the article advocates to seize the opportunity of adjusting administrative divisions within the megalopolis of Central Area and construct the large capital city of Changsha,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan,Yueyang to form a unified financial economic area in estuary area of Xiangjiang River connecting Yangtze River.Thus,it can coordinate development of urban and rural regional economy and accelerate the rise of Hunan and enrich the people.
