Analysis of the Central City's Function of City Group of Chang-Zhu-Tan——the perspective of integrating "Great Changsha" metropolitan region

Either considering from the geographic location or from the comprehensive economic strength,Changsha is undertaking a heavy task of driving the development of city group of Chang-Zhu-Tan and the rising of central China.Changsha cannot play its function as the central city of city group of Chang-Zhu-Tan unless accelerating the pace of urban structure transformation,making clear the urban strategic positioning,integrating the neighboring Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city and forming the Great metropolitan region.The above efforts will dramatically make Changsha become the core-strategic space of city group of Chang-Zhu-Tan,and be a new economic growth pole of national spatial development strategy.
