Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of adverse drug reaction,clinical manifestations and treatments,to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods 93 cases of adverse drug reaction carried out in our hospital in the first half of 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized by using statistical methods. Results 93 cases of adverse drug reactions in the elderly,accounted for 37.63% of the total,cardiovascular system drugs cause adverse reactions had the highest proportion,accounted for 34.41%. Conclusion Adverse drug reactions are related to multiple factors.Strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions will help to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
