Analysis of reports of adverse drug reaction in hospital

Objective To explore adverse drug reaction processing methods,occurrence characteristics,clinical manifestations and treatment,to provide basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods Extraction from 2011 annual report adverse drug reactions of 199,with the aid of statistical methods,summarized the analysis.Results Adverse drug reaction involved 123 kinds of drugs,including 36 kinds of anti-infective drugs,accounting for 29.3% of drug varieties,and 18.1% of the total cases;17 kinds of digestive system drugs,accounting for 13.8% of drug varieties,and 8.5% of the total cases;11 kinds of cardiovascular system drugs,accounting for 8.9% of drug varieties,and 5.5% of the total cases;common adverse events were skin and its appendages injury,accounting for 55.8%;serious adverse drug reactions accounting for 0.5%.Conclusion Adverse drug reactions take place is related with many factors,elderly patients are more likely to happen adverse drug reaction.Strengthen the adverse drug reaction monitoring work helps to reduce the adverse drug reactions occurred.
