The Empirical Analysis on the Farmers Satisfaction of Rural Public Goods:Based on a Survey on Farmers in Jiangxi Province

Based on the data from 45 villages out of 21 counties in Jiangxi Province,an empirical research is done on farmer's satisfaction and its influencing factors by using factor analysis and ODM(Ordered Dependent Model).The results show that the individual characteristics of the farmers have influence on farmers satisfaction,the age,education level and per capita income levels are the prominent factors,others such as gender,family size,the amount of labor are insignificant factors;farmers satisfaction derives from the satisfaction of the rural roads,irrigation,water conservancy facilities,garbage disposal,rural compulsory education,the rural social security;institutional factors are related to farmers satisfaction,including the expression of the farmers' demand for public goods,farmers' participation in decision-making level,the funding support of the farmers.
