An Analysis on the Satisfaction and its Factors of Rural Public Service—Based on a Survey of 67 Villages out of 32 Towns in Shaanxi Province

Based on the data from 67 villages out of 32 towns of Guanzhong and Shanbei regions of Shaanxi province,an empirical research is done on farmers' satisfaction and its influencing factors by using factor analysis and binary discrete choice model. The results show that farmers' satisfaction derives from road,basic education,health care,irrigation and water conservancy facilities,water facilities,government credit,garbage disposal,age,and village balance of payments. Farmers' income per capita and entertainment have limited influence on farmers' satisfaction. The influence of technology extension and training and rural clean energy on farmers'satisfaction is not significant. Farmers' satisfaction is not influenced by subjects' sex,education,and family size.
