Abstract
Ascend,descent,exit,entrance of qi maintain body normal physiological function.Stagnation of qi is crucial for recovery of disease.For TCM the fundamental of treating disease is adjusting qi movement. Disturbance of qi movement and disturbance in qi activity is the main mechanism of disease for chronic gastric trouble.And supporting healthy qi to eliminate pathogen,adjusting qi movement is the main therapeutic methods of chronic gastric trouble,or normal nourishing therapy and slow purgation,affordable movement,or soothing liver and regulating qi,regulating qi movement.Chronic gastric trouble should be treated according to nourishing spleen and kidney ,soothing and regulating liver-qi stagnation as opportunity,the more important is regulating qi movement,which makes the disease being readily solved.
