Abstract
Objective To investigate the expressions of B7(B7-1?B7-2)on lymphocytes in peripheral mononuculear cells in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) .Methods The expressions of B7-1(CD 80 + )and B7-2(CD 86 + ) of peripheral lymphocytes were measured by flow cytometry in 30 ITP patients and 15 normal controls. Results The expression of CD 86 + on lymphocytes and the expression of CD 86 +(CD 19 +CD 86 +/CD 19 +) on B lymphocytes were higher in ITP patients than those in normal controls(P0.05),but the difference of the expressions of CD 80 + and CD 19 +CD 80 +/CD 19 + between ITP patients and normal controls were not significant,respectively(P0.05).Conclusion The change of CD 86 + expression is possibly related to pathophysiology in ITP.
