Abstract
Objective To evaluate efficacy of clinical treatment of patients of craniocerebral injury.Method The clinical data of 1324 patients of acute craniocerebral injury were analyzed. Results 743 patients of acute craniocerebral injury underwent surgical treatment(56.13%) and 581 patients underwent non-surgical treatment(43.87%).According to Glasgow Outcome Scores(GOS),there were 832 cases with good prognoses,176 cases with moderately disabled,168 cases with severely disabled and 4 case with vegetative state.145 cases died. Conclusion The keys to craniocerebral injury treatment and prognosis improvement includes timely and scientific pre-hospialization emergency treatment, timely choice of surgery and pressure diminution with standard large cranietomy, comprehensive post-surgery treatment and prevention and treatment of complications.
