Nourishing Kidney Decoction combined with Bean Pressure on Ear Therapy for the treatment of premature ovarian failure

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Nourishing Kidney Decoction combined with Bean Pressure on Ear Therapy for the treatment of premature ovarian failure,and to explore the possible mechanism of action.Methods 60 patients with premature ovarian failure were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30patients.The treatment group was given Nourishing Kidney Decoction(rhynchophylla,Alisma,Salvia miltiorrhiza,yam,rehmannia root etc.) combined with Bean Pressure on Ear Therapy.The control group was treated with Nourishing Kidney Decoction.TCM syndromes,local signs were rated before and after treatment and the changes of female sex hormone level s were observed.Results The total effective rate were 86.7%(treatment group) and 67.0%(control group)(P 0.05).Conclusion Nourishing Kidney Decoction combined with Bean Pressure on Ear Therapy for the treatment of premature ovarian failure can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and improve the level of sex hormone of female.
