Kidney nourishing decoction on kidney deficiency of Yin with blood stasis polycystic ovary syndrome infertility

Objective To discuss the influence on the clinical curative effect of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome by kidney nourishing decoction. Methods In 80 cases of Pocs were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 40 cases. Treatment group was treated with tonifying kidney and promoting blood stasis method combined with clomiphene citrate,the control group was treated with clomiphere citrate,the course of treatment was three months, to observe and compare ovulation and pregnancy rate,the reproductive hormone and basal body temperature of two groups. Results The ovulation and pregnancy rate of the treatment group was significantly better than of the control group. reproductive hormone before and after treatment in two groups had significant difference(P0.05);There was statistical difference in basal body temperatureof two groups after treatment(P0.05). Conclusion Kidney nourishing decoction has sigificant influence on infertility by Pcos.
