Clinical study of Huluan decoction on premature ovarian failure of heart-kidney imbalance

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huluan decoction for premature ovarian failure of heart-kidney imbalance.Method Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group treated with Huluan decoction and control group treated with HRT;and the changes of two group's symptom score and serum hormone levels were measured.Result The symptom score,serum hormone levels of the patients in two groups before and after treatment were significant changes(P0.05),the integrals of TCM syndrome in treatment group was better than that in control group(P0.05),and the total effective rate in treatment group was 86.67% and in control group 70.00%(P0.05).Conclusion Huluan decoction is effective to improve the level of sserum hormones and main symptoms for premature ovarian failure of heart-kidney imbalance,and it has more superiority and higher curative effect in improving symptoms.
