Conception of Improving Exclusionary Rule of Criminal Illegal Evidence in Our Country

At present, the Exclusionary Rule of Criminal Illegal Evidence,which can prevent delict,safeguard human rignts and assure judicial justice, is not defined by our laws. It's only covered by some interpretations of law. So it needs improving in our country. First of all we ought to select the model that excludes the illegal evidence and retain some peculiar exceptions; and then, basing on the model, we should improve the rule from concept renewal, legislation and related system.
