On the Exclusionary Rule of Illegal Evidence in Criminal Suit

Abstract

The state investigation should be regulated by exclusionary rule to ensure people's human rights and criminal judiciary fairness and justice,and it also is the main aim to set up this rule.To promote the process of judicial reform,the exclusionary range of this rule should be clear,independent exclusionary procedural of illegal evidence should be built up,and proof mechanism of illegal evidence exclusionary should be set up.
