Abstract
Respectively by the method of polarimetry and phenol sulfuric acid method for the determination of Aloe coarse polysaccharide content of polysaccharide in. The results showed that optical method for the determination of the polysaccharide content and improved phenol sulfuric acid method for determination value were basically the same that was 0.099 3 mg/m L and 0.106 5 mg/m L; two methods for the determination of polysaccharide were accurate, stable and feasible. Therefore the polarimetry could be used as a simpler, more practical for the determination of polysaccharides content method, applied to the polysaccharide product quality testing and monitoring.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
