PR-HPLC determinatipn of icariin in Qianliehuichun capsules

Abstract

Objective:To establish the method of determination the content of icariin in Qianliehuichun capsules by HPLC.Methods:The Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)(4.6 mm×300 mm,5 μm) column was used as stationary phase ,ace- tonitrile-water (25:75) as mobile phase,and 1 mL·min~(-1) as flow rate,detective wavelength was 270 nm.Re- sults:The linearity was good with the ieariin range from 0.39 μg to 3.88 μg(r=0.9999).The average recoveries of ieariin was 99.3 %(RSD=1.1%,n=6).Results:The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the Qianliehuiehun capsules.
