Abstract
Traditional rural education fails to meet the need of social transformation for urbanization,which requires yielding of the urban-rural thinking for new orientation of rural education.Therefore,new theories and concepts of 21st century are necessary in relation to extensive and multicultural perspectives for the values of rural education.
