Abstract
Objective To investigate the serum antibodies in rats infected with Pagumogonimus skrjabini. Methods Pagumogonimus skrjabini antibodies in serum of infected rats were detected by Dot-ELISA,immunoenzymatic staining technique( IEST) and DIGFA-kit,the sensitivity and specificity of three methods were analyzed. Results The positive rates detected by Dot-ELISA,IEST and DIGFA-kit were 97. 9%,97. 9% and 95. 8%,respectively( P 0. 05). In healthy rats, rats with trichiniasis, rabbits with schistosomiasis, patients with ascariasis and trichuriasis, the antibodies were detected with the three methods, only one sample was positive with IEST,and all the other samples were negative. Conclusion Dot-ELISA,IEST and DIGFA-kit have good sensitivety and specificity in detection of Pagumogonimus skrjabini antibodies.
