Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical significance of measurement of the serum levels of myocardial enzymes in neonates with asphyxi, provide guidance of clinical treatment. Methods Measure the levels of AST,LDH,CK and CK-MB in 61 neonates with asphyxia and 34 neonates without asphyxia respectively, and do statistical analysis. Results The levels of myocardial enzymes in neonates with asphyxia rose significantly, which was positively correlated with the degree of asphyxia, and the difference compared with the control group was significant. Conclusion The levels of myocardial enzymes may be used as one early, sensitive, specific important indicator in diagnosis of myocardial lesion of asphyxia infant, especially the level of CK-MB,has practical value in treatment of infantal asphyxia.
