Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nebulized budesonide suspension inhalation on the children with mild to moderate laryngitis. Methods:Sixty children with acute laryngitis were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the treatment group were treated with nebulized budesonide suspension inhalation and routine treatment, which including anti-infectious drugs and oxygen,et al.And the control group were taken dexamethasone injection aerosol inhalation except the routine treatment. When the two groups have Ⅱdegree laryngeal obstruction would be taken dexamethasone(i.v.).The symptoms and the days of elimination of the signs and the adverse reactions were observed. Results:The total effective rate and the days of elimination of the symptoms and signs in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(p0.05).Conclusion:For the children with mild to moderate laryngitis,Nebulized budesonide inhalation has better clinical efficacy and safety,so it is worthy of clinical application.
