Abstract
Objective To analyze effect of budesonide inhalation on acute infectious laryngitis in children.Methods 89 children with acute infectious laryngitis were randomly divided into two groups.46 cases in the control group were treated with inhalation of budesonide suspension,43 cases in control group were treated with injection of dexamethasone.Results The time of symptoms disappearing in the treatment group was obviously shorter than in the control group.Conclusion The effect of budesonide inhalation is better than dexamethasone injection.Budesonide inhalation is worth to be applied in clinic.
