Abstract
Industrial development situation of Shanxi Province have been presented in this paper from three aspects,the development of key industries,industrial investment elasticity and regional industrial structure.Then through the Shift-Share analysis method,national growth effect,industrial mix effect and shift share effect have been analyzed,the conclusion that resource type industry has advantage in resource type industry while shift share effect is low.Finally,in order to enhance the competitiveness of industry in Shanxi,strategies of developing other industries associating resource type industries,enhancing the innovation abilities of resource-based enterprise,etc.are proposed in this paper.
