Analysis on Temporal Evolution of Industrial Structure and Competitiveness in Henan Province——Based on Dynamic Shift Share Method

Using the dynamic shift share method,this paper explains the change feature and developing trend of industrial structure and competitiveness in Henan Province from 1997 to 2013. Results show that: Because the primary industry and the secondary industry have structural disadvantages,and the structure advantage of the third industry is not obvious,it leads to the overall structural disadvantages of Henan province's industry. Because the primary industry and the third industry have competitive disadvantages,and the second industry competitive advantage is more obvious,it leads to the overall competitive advantage of Henan province 's industry.Henan province needs to gradually improve the primary industry and the secondary industry's competitive abilities,increase the proportion of the third industry and strengthen its competitiveness.
