Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of the endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of nasal polyps.Methods:61 cases of nasal polyp patients treated in the hospital were chosen as the observation group. They were taken with endoscopic sinus surgery for treatment.Line of traditional radical surgical method of nasal polyps in the control group was compared with the previous. And analyze the clinical advantages of endoscopic sinus surgery. Results:The cure rate of the observation group was 63.9%(39/61),the total efficiency was 96.7%(59/61),significantly higher than 51.4%(19/37) 86.5%(32/37),the differences were significant(P 0.05).The cure rate of I for the two groups was 100%.The cure rate of III in the observation group was 33.3%,and the total efficiency was83.3%,compared with stage Ⅰ cure rate was low,but still significantly better than the control group of conventional surgery group. Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of nasal polyps was significantly better than the conventional surgery group, and with good prognosis.
