The method of rotation in clinic nursing management for nurses with the bachelor degree

Objective:To improve the management ability of clinic nursing for nurses with the bachelor degree.Methods:Nurses the with bachelor degree were chosen to have a systematical rotation in administrative management,who had certain work experiences.The teaching content of clinical nursing in rotation included the management of nurse practice registration,the training of in service,the management of advanced training for nurse,instruction for intern students,the management of teaching file and the papers of nursing research,etc.We arranged out training at least 1 time during the rotation.Results:The teaching consciousness and teaching management ability of nurses with the bachelor degree were improved.It was helpful for defining personal and professional development direction,also for selection and training of good teachers for Nursing Department.Conclusion:It is very meaningful for the nurses with the bachelor degree to establish the development direction,and for the nursing managers to comprehensive evaluation with the method of rotation in clinic nursing management.
