The methods and experience of standardized selection of graduated nursing students with bachelor degree

Abstract

Objective To explore the means of selection of graduated nursing students with bachelor degree.Methods We established a new selection system,defined the goal of selection and assessed the students by stages.Results The selected 42 nurses with bachelor degree played important roles in clinical nursing.Among which,only one nurse quitted due to family reasons.Conclusion The standardized selection system is proved to be beneficial for nursing schools,nursing students and hospitals,which has significance for the development of nursing profession.
