The practice and effect of training on rotation basis in nursing department for nurses with bachelor degree

Objective To improve the ability of management,teaching and scientific research for nurses with bachelor degree.Method Nurses with bachelor degree and working experience were arranged to receive training on rotation basis in nursing department.The contents of training included management of nursing human resource,nursing quality control,clinical nursing education and scientific research,management of nursing students for clinical practice and nurses for further study,nursing financial management,document management,and logistics.Results This practice improved nurses' abilitites of management,clinical teaching and research.On the other hand,it provided an opportunity for nursing department to select and make full use of nursing talents more rationally.Conclusion The training on rotation basis in nursing department is proved to be important both for the training of nurses with bachelor degree and for the rational utilization of human resources.
