Urbanization development strategic research Basis Industrial Cluster——Thought on the development of prefecture-level cities in Anhui province

This article applying 17 prefecture-level cities' statistic data of Anhui Province analyzes the development of these 17 prefecture-level cities from city scale、industry cluster、elements cluster and synthetic economic strength etc by the method of comparative analysis and regression analysis.The results is that there is close relationship among city scale、industry cluster and synthetic economic strength,and that cities develop quicly in recent years.By analysis,the authors find extension expand is more than connotation expand in Anhui.Nevertheless,industry development and improving elements cluster is the first task in the process of urbanization.Then improve urbanization.The key to city development is setting up urbanization.cluster mechanism and policy circumstances of doing good to urbanization.developments.
