Abstract
This paper studies the biogas production yield using the rose straw as raw material. The fermentation was conducted batch by batch at constant temperature 30 ℃.Fermented liquid became acidic in the fermentation of the gerbera straw but could be restored to normal quickly with the reaction of adjustment of the anaerobic microbe. The biogas yield of rose straw could not be the influence of pH value. When the fermentation concentration is 20%,the law of fermentation is same as the above results. So biogas yield of the rose straw is 305 mL / g TS and 324 mL / g VS with 44 days of anaerobic digestion.
