The Study of Confirm The Weight of Teacher's Performance Evaluation Index in The High Schools

Abstract

The teacher's performance evaluation of high school is the core of human resource management. The article combining the teacher's performance evaluation index scale of high school in our country, introduced the methods of form a set of performance assessment' weight,such as Delphi、Analytic Hierarchy Process and so on. And mainly used the analytic hierarchy process to define the weight coefficients of all the indexes in the analysis system and the reliability of access principal part.
