Abstract
The fairness of performance evaluation is one of the problems on human resource management.Fair evaluation on employee depends on scientific and objective allocation of index weight of performance evaluation. However, performance evaluation on financial personnel is unique due to their own characteristics;the performance measurement index on financial personnel is mainly based on qualitative index, while the current performance evaluation weight is subjective and lack of accuracy for them.According to their fea-tures,we introduce analytic hierarchy process into performance evaluation on financial personnel combined quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve the imbalance of performance evaluation determined index weight by experience in the past.
