Research of Performance Evaluation Model for Teachers of Higher Education

To establish the performance evaluation model is the basement of fair evaluation and reasonable using for the teachers of higher education.Following the principles of building performance evaluation index system,the evaluation index system in proposed,and the index is analyzed and worked out using analytical hierarchy process,three methods in the index value process of transform and dimension is explained,the application of the model is simply descripted in the end.
