Abstract
The Chinese People has strong inertia and they reckon very much on China's traditional Moral Law,which has great influence on China's legalization.We should learn the advanced western legal culture on the condition that we should pay more attention to the use of our traditional Moral Law.The legalization of morals is one of the best forms we make use of the moral law,while some jobs should be done to meet the requirements.
