Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical significance of C-reactive protein(CRP)and D-dimer(DD)in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods:Unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group 46 cases, stable angina pectoris(SAP)group 38 cases, control group 40 cases were included for comparison.Serum CRP and plasma DD were tested by immunoturbidimetry assay. Results:The level of serum CRP and plasma DD in patients with unstable angina pectoris were higher than that of SAP and control group, and the change was significantly different(P0.05).Compared with control Group, the change of SAP group was not significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion:CRP and D-dimer test can reflect the condition of patients with unstable angina pectoris, and have important clinical value for early diagnosis and prognosis.
